Quick Help Sections

Throughout Mods for HESK there are a handful of "Quick Help" sections that appear on the left-hand side of the screen. These locations are:

• Submit a ticket (customer-side)
• View a ticket form (customer-side)
• View ticket (customer-side)
• View knowledgebase (customer-side)
• Submit a ticket (staff-side)
  If preferred, these quick help panels can be hidden.

To Hide a "Quick Help" Section

1. On the Settings page, go to the "Help Desk" tab, and scroll down to "Features"
2. There will be a checkbox for each page where a quick help section is present. Uncheck the box to hide the quick help box, or check it to show the quick help section.
3. Save your changes.
