Linked Tickets

This feature allows tickets to be linked to each other (formerly known as Parent/Child Tickets). No new functionality is added to linked tickets; it is purely for recording purposes.

To Link a New Ticket

  1. When you are viewing a ticket, click the "Add Ticket" button on the left sidebar. A text field will appear, along with a save and cancel button.
  2. Enter the Tracking ID of the ticket to be linked, and click save. The ticket will be linked.

To Remove a Linked Ticket

When you are viewing a ticket, click the red X to the left of the linked ticket's Tracking ID. The ticket will be unlinked.
