Calendar / Overdue Tickets

The calendar is a fully-fledged module introduced in Mods for HESK 2.6.0. Users can create and modify events, and be notified when an event is upcoming via a reminder. Additionally, events created in a public category can be visible to users via the helpdesk's homepage. Additionally, each ticket can now have a Due Date assigned to them. Any open ticket with a due date will appear on the calendar.
